All purchases of services or products through Logo-Design-Studio are governed by our Terms of Sale Agreement. Please read it carefully before making a purchase. If you do not wish to accept our Terms of Sale, please do not purchase any services or products through our site. (When we refer to "Logo-Design-Studio ," "we," or "our" such references include Logo-Design-Studio and our affiliated companies.)
Logo-Design-Studio will begin creation of the logo design and any other design services (THE PROJECT) that we offer upon receipt of full payment of the order amount.
Upon completion of THE PROJECT, Logo Design Studio.com agrees to transfer all required design files relating to THE PROJECT to the CLIENT via Client's Control Panel. Logo-Design-Studio will transfer ownership of copyright to the CLIENT automatically once THE PROJECT is completed as agreed by client. Logo Design Studio retains the right to utilize ANY artwork, designs, edits, revisions and work product from THE PROJECT in advertising, promotion and other, not-for-pay display. Logo-Design-Studio agrees to add a Trademark, Copyright or other ownership mark as may be requested by the CLIENT from time to time.
In the course of THE PROJECT, Logo-Design-Studio designers will remain in contact with the CLIENT regarding edits and revisions of the artwork. If THE CLIENT fails to provide necessary feedback to the Logo Design Studio designers regarding any edits and/or revisions within 28 Days, THE PROJECT may be subject to removal from our servers and placement in our ARCHIVE database. And if by 90 Days from date of order, the CLIENT still fails to respond to the last post by Logo Studio Design designers (after a 28-day lapse in response), THE PROJECT is deem COMPLETE and no REFUND is applicable. Any ARCHIVE project is subject to a US$25.00 reactivation and un-archiving fee. This fee is at the sole discretion of Logo Design Studio.com.
All artwork, designs, edits, revisions and work product created in THE PROJECT (other than the FINAL design accepted by the CLIENT as being subject to this agreement) remain the exclusive copyright and intellectual property of Logo-Design-Studio. Any use of this work by the CLIENT and/or their assigns is strictly prohibited without written, prior permission by {Store_Name}.
If under any circumstances, the CLIENT is not satisfied with the quality of work produced, the CLIENT may request for a 100% REFUND of the order amount within 90 Days from the date of order in writing. In the event of a job cancellation, artwork remains the exclusive intellectual property and copyright of Logo-Design-Studio.
Logo-Design-Studio is NOT liable for any damages or expenses incurred by the CLIENT in the use of artwork created in THE PROJECT by third parties.
Logo-Design-Studio HAS PRICED ITS PRODUCTS UPON THE UNDERSTANDING, AND YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THE UNDERSTANDING, THAT Logo-Design-Studio WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY FORM OF CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, STATUTORY, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF WHATEVER KIND OR TYPE ARISING FROM ANY TYPE OF COMMERCIAL, BUSINESS, ENVIRONMENTAL, TORT, WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER CAUSES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCT AND/OR ITS USE.
Follow all instructions and heed all warnings accompanying any product ordered from the Site.
